This weekend owes its share to Amitabh Bachchan’s much awaited film, Shamitabh! Yes! The same film that’s doing the rounds for his jaw dropping avatar and also boasts an ensemble of Dhanush, Akshara Haasan, Rekha, and Abhinaya . So, are you hearing me? I am taking you to our quick film review that’ll help you decide on whether to watch or not watch the film! Coming to the plot – two individuals, Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush’s character have qualities that are individually known and unknown to each other. And there is a Journalist, Akshara Haasan who discovers the talent that both of these people possess and she feels that individually it might not be possible for them to move forward or ahead in their life, but if they come together it would be very beneficial. She manages to get both of them together. And yes, then there is progress, but at certain point of time egos come into their way. Dhanush’s character thinks that Big B’s character can’t do anything without him and vice versa. That’s how the conflict comes in. How that is resolved or not resolved is in the story of Shamitabh. So watch it to love it and here’s our Uncut rating- 4 stars on 5!
